Ive heard that Deriva CMS can bring out all the acne from under the skin before healing it. My doctor told me to mix it with Cetaphil moisturizer and apply it for an hour before bed, then wash it off and use Cleargel before sleeping. Since its winter, he said Deriva might dry out my skin. My question is, can I use Deriva directly on my skin as a spot treatment for a few hours to avoid getting dry patches? Please let me know what you think.
