Ive had red bumps and itching on the sides of my waist for over a year. I went to the doctor, and he gave me some oral meds and Tenovate cream, but the problem comes back as soon as I stop the cream. The bumps are leaving dark spots. I keep clean and wear clean clothes, but sometimes wear tighter clothes. Any suggestions on how to solve this?
