  5. Ive had keratosis pilaris on both of my upper arms for a few years now, and I feel like its getting worse lately. Ive been using Moisturex and Xerina ointment as prescribed by my doctor for about 5 months, but I havent noticed any improvement. I really want to get rid of it. Has anyone had a similar experience or have suggestions that might help?
