I've got these small, painful acne spots all over my scalp that just appeared out of nowhere yesterday. It's really worrying me. Can you help me figure out what's going on? I've attached an image for more details.

View allI'm really worried about this rash that started on my wrist and between my fingers. It began as a purple spot, but now it's changed to an orange color. It's spreading from the original spot, and I'm not sure if this is something serious. What could be causing these changes, and should I be concerned about it spreading further?
That could be fungal infection as this needs evaluation visit Dermatologist for appropriate management,do not attempt to scratch it or squeeze it.

I'm washing my hair every morning, but by the end of the day, if I scratch my scalp, there's a foul smell. This is really bothering me, and I'm not sure what's causing it. Could it be something with my hair care routine, or do I need to see someone about this? Would love some guidance on what might be going on.

I've been struggling with jock itch for a really long time now and I'm not sure what to do about it. Can you give me some advice or suggest a solution? It's really frustrating and I'd love some guidance to finally get rid of it.
Jock itch, also known as tinea cruris, is a fungal infection that affects the skin in the groin area. The most effective treatment for jock itch is an antifungal cream. You can use over-the-counter antifungal creams such as Lotrimin Ultra or Lamisil AT. Apply the cream to the affected area twice a day for at least 2 weeks. It's also important to keep the affected area clean and dry. If the jock itch does not improve after using the antifungal cream, you may need to see a doctor for further evaluation and prescription-strength antifungal medication.
