My wife has a neck TB scar just above her collarbone on the left side, and it's really affecting her emotionally. She's feeling pretty down about how it looks. This scar would respond best to surgery. Mederman or nomarks will not help at all

I've been dealing with constant chulkani even though I apply ALDRY lotion and MFSONE cream regularly and take prescribed medicines. I'm starting to worry a bitshouldn't this treatment be helping more by now? Is there something else I might need to do or check out?
