Lately, I've been experiencing chest pain, and it's been a bit worrying. It started about two months ago, with the first incident lasting around 23 days and then happened again about a month later. Now it's back, and along with the chest pain, I'm having trouble breathing. Today I've also noticed some pain in my left limb near the stomach. I'm having this weird chest pain that only happens when I take deep breaths. It's right in the middle of my chest and it really hurts when I breathe in. Could you tell me what's going on or what I should do?

x-ray chest pa view,complete blood count,esr,C-reactive protein ,IGE levels and sputum for AFB and microscopy is advised to the patient.
