Ive bought Glutone tablets for skin whitening and this will be my first time taking them. Is it safe and effective to take them orally without a doctors prescription? Ive been using Glutathione soap by Health Vit and havent noticed any side effects, but Im still a bit unsure about the tablets. Can you help me with some advice?
