I've been wondering if there's any medication or supplement that might help me increase my height. I'm currently 55 inches tall and 21 years old, and I'm hoping to grow about 12 inches. Is this possible, and do you have any advice or recommendations?

At 21, your growth plates are likely closed, making significant height increase challenging; there's no proven medicine or tablet to increase height in adults, but some supplements like Growth Factor Plus, Height Max, or vitamin Dcalcium may help maintain bone health, although results are not guaranteed and individual growth potential may vary.

View allI'm a bit concerned right now. Over the past few months, my follicular scans showed my endometrium thickness was in good range, over 6mm or even 7.75mm. But this month, it dropped to just 4.8mm. My thyroid profile looks normal with TSH, T3, and T4 levels, according to my doctor. But my antithyroglobulin and anti-TSH antibodies are really high. My doctor said I don't need meds for that, but when I went to an infertility center, they gave me Thyronorm to take every morning on an empty stomach. I'm worried if this condition is affecting my fertility or chances of getting pregnant. Could the thyroxine sodium be making my endometrium thinner? Should I even take it? Also, I'm curious if taking Estrogen Estradiol Valerate from day 5 of my period and Progesterone Duphaston from the 15th day will help thicken my endometrium and improve my chances of getting pregnant. What do you think?
Elevated anti-thyroglobulin and anti-TSH antibodies may indicate autoimmune thyroiditis, potentially affecting fertility and pregnancy; taking Thyronorm (thyroxine sodium) as prescribed by the infertility center may help regulate your thyroid function and improve fertility, despite your normal TSH, T3, and T4 levels; the medication might also contribute to the temporary thinning of your endometrium; to promote endometrial growth, your doctor's recommendation of Estradiol Valerate from Day 5 and Duphaston from Day 15 of your cycle may be beneficial, but closely monitor your endometrial thickness and adjust the treatment plan as needed.

My dad has had type 2 diabetes for 15 years since he was 45 and also had bypass surgery. He's been on insulin all this time. I came across BGR34 tablets, which claim to be approved by the Indian government and developed by CSIR and NBRI labs. Is this medicine legit? Has it been proven to control blood sugar levels effectively? And is it safe for someone like my dad who's already on insulin?
BGR34 is an Ayurvedic formulation with limited scientific validation—safe if taken with insulin but not a replacement.

I'm thinking about starting Noni syrup, but I already take Thyronorm first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Is it okay to take both at the same time, or could that cause any issues?
-It's generally safe to take both Thyronorm and Noni syrup together, but it's best to wait at least 30 minutes after taking Thyronorm before consuming Noni syrup. This allows Thyronorm to be properly absorbed. You can take them in the morning, but spacing
