Ive been using Panderm Plus and Panderm NM for a while, but Im looking for something better, especially for short-term use. Im dark-skinned and would like to lighten it to at least a dusky tone. Can you recommend a good cream or any other option for this?

no it has no role in brightening the skin,donot use it without your doctors advise , it is used for any bacterial or fungal infection and dark complexion is equally healthy and beatiful like other skin tones ,no need to worry.
