Ive been using Cipla 8X shampoo twice a week for 8 months, and its worked great for my dandruff and hair fall. But for the last 3 weeks, my hair fall has started again. Does the shampoo lose its effectiveness with frequent use, or should I be doing something different?

It's possible that the effectiveness of the shampoo may decrease over time with frequent use. In such cases, it's a good idea to switch to a different anti-dandruff shampoo for a while and then you can come back to using Cipla 8X shampoo later on.
