  5. I've been using Benzac 5% for acne, but it's quite expensive and only lasts about two weeks. I recently heard about Pernex AC, which is much cheaper. Can I switch to Pernex AC instead of Benzac, or is there any reason I should stick to Benzac?

Benzac AC is a topical gel that works by reducing acne-causing bacteria and removing dead skin cells. Pernex AC, on the other hand, is a combination of antibiotics that work by killing bacteria on the skin. It is not recommended to replace Benzac AC with Pernex AC without consulting your healthcare provider.
