I've been struggling with ringworm on my groin and thigh for the last 7 years, and its getting really intense. The itchiness gets worse at night and now it's spreading all over my thigh. I'm desperate to find the best treatment for this. Could you help me with what medicine might work to finally get rid of it?

View allI've been dealing with Keratosis Pilaris on my upper arms for a few years now, and it feels like it's getting worse lately. I've been using Moisturex and Xerina ointment after my doctor recommended them, but it's been five months and I haven't noticed any improvement. I really want to find a way to get rid of this. Any suggestions?
There are multiple causes for keratosis pilaris, those include vitamin deficiency or fungal infection, consume rich protein diet and maintain hygiene practice.

I've been dealing with a hard, painful lump on my hip for a couple of years now. It formed after I got an injection there, and the medicine seems to have just stayed put. It's really uncomfortable and I'm not sure what to do to make it go away or at least reduce the pain. Any advice on what I could try to help with this?

I'm taking Keraboost tablets every morning. Is it okay if I start taking two tablets instead of one?
no one tablet in a day is enough ,if you consume morethan one it comes with complications like constipation, abdominal discomfort etc., consume balanced diet with extra protien which helps for growth of healthy hair.
