I've been struggling with breathing issues for the past couple of years, and I can't seem to complete my yawns. Plus, I've got hypertension and I'm on Triolmezest for my blood pressure. On top of that, there's this annoying gastric problem I've been dealing with. My doctor ran some tests and told me I've got really hard stools, suggesting I take Ganaton 50, Librax 205 mg, and VELOZ 20 mg. But honestly, I'm not consistent with taking these meds. Can you give me some advice on what to do?

I'm a 30-year-old woman and just recently had a baby. I had my LFT done, and my sgot level is 28, sgpt is 57, and ggt is 122. Should I be worried about this? What can I do to lower my sgpt and ggt levels?
Hello! Your SGOT and SGPT levels are within a manageable range, but GGT is elevated, which might indicate liver strain. Since you recently delivered, this could be related to postpartum changes or medications. Focus on a balanced diet, avoid alcohol, stay hydrated, and consult your doctor for tailored advice. Take care!
