I've been noticing something a bit unsettling recently, like my heart seems to be beating really hard, especially when I'm just lying down or relaxing. My resting heart rate is around 94bpm, which seems a bit high to me? Also, I can feel this strong pulse over my suprasternal notch and some weird tingling vibrations on the right side of my sternum near the carotid.
