I've been noticing that every 34 days or so, this white substance appears under my foreskin, just below the head of my penis. It smells pretty strong, and I have to clean it regularly. I usually just use water to wash it off. I'm a bit worriedcould this be some kind of infection? Is it something harmful to my penis? What should I do about it?

My dad's PSA level is 8.62 and his prostate weighs 65 grams. The MRI shows BPH but everything else looks normal. Should he consider surgery or can this be managed with medication?

A PSA level of 8.62, combined with a 65-gram prostate and a BPH diagnosis from an MRI, suggests that medication may be a good first approach, but surgery could be considered if symptoms are bothersome or if medication is not effective, according to the Cleveland Clinic and the Mayo Clinic. A biopsy is not automatically indicated with these findings, but your doctor will likely discuss this further with you based on the MRI results and your father's symptoms.

I've had a 12mm kidney stone that showed up on a CT scan on 8417, and although I didn't have issues with it at first, I've been dealing with constant back pain for the past three days, especially after eating or drinking anything. I thought it might be muscle pain and took ibuprofen, but that only made things worse. Last week, I felt nauseous and vomited for three days straight, and while I haven't vomited since 9617, the nausea is still hanging around. I'm starting to worry and wonder if it's time to see a doctor or head to the ER. Is the ER the best choice in my situation?

Patient may require surgery since the stone size is 12mm, surgery opinion for further management.
