I've been having this weird pain, like in my heart and behind it, and it's been slowly moving to my shoulder. Now my mouth is super dry and I'm even feeling some pain near the top part of my left arm, right above my heart. What could this mean? Should I be worried about these symptoms?

I've had mild chest pain for years and my doctor recommended an angiography which showed blockages in my arteries. The report says there's a 40-50% mid-segment stenosis in the LM artery, 90% stenosis in the LAD at S1 D1 level with diffuse distal disease, and severe blockages in LCx (70-80% ostial), OM1 (80% ostial), OM2 (90% diffuse). RCA also has 90% stenosis in ostial PDA and PLV. Given these findings, is bypass surgery the best option for me or are there other treatments I should consider?

I've been taking Ciplar LA 40, but I'm using half, so it's like Ciplar LA 20 for my blood pressure. Sometimes my BP goes up to around 130140, and I'm only 23. Could you share some advice or steps I could take to help keep it under control?
don worry its still in the normal range sbp-100 to 140 mmhg Dbp-60 to 90 mmhg
