I've been having this weird pain, like in my heart and behind it, and it's been slowly moving to my shoulder. Now my mouth is super dry and I'm even feeling some pain near the top part of my left arm, right above my heart. What could this mean? Should I be worried about these symptoms?

It sounds like you may be experiencing symptoms of a heart attack. It is important to seek immediate medical attention. In the meantime, you can take a tablet of aspirin (325mg) to help thin the blood and reduce the risk of further complications. Call emergency services or go to the nearest hospital as soon as possible for proper evaluation and treatment.

View allI'm 25, and I've been dealing with this on-and-off pain in my left arm for about 15-20 days now. It was sharp and shooting at first, so I thought it might be gastritis, but now the pain's more dull and constant. Lately, for about a week, I've been feeling breathless sometimes, and there's some nausea too. I get tired pretty quick and now there's this annoying discomfort in my upper back. Should I be looking into any specific tests or is there something else I should be considering?

I'm really worried about my blood pressure because even though I'm taking telma 40, austin cv, and dilgem 90 at night, my bp still isn't under controlit's currently 13797 with a pulse rate of 108. I also discovered I have a 2-80 block in my angiography, though my ECG seems normal. What should I do, and should I be concerned about anything else?
Your current blood pressure reading of 13797 is still elevated, especially with a pulse rate of 108. Since you have significant blockage in one of your coronary arteries, it is important to manage your blood pressure effectively. I recommend adding a calcium channel blocker to your current medication regimen. You can ask your doctor about adding a medication like Amlodipine (brand name Norvasc) 5mg once daily to help lower your blood pressure. Additionally, lifestyle modifications such as reducing salt intake, regular exercise, and stress management can also help in controlling your blood pressure.

Lately, I've been experiencing chest pain, and it's been a bit worrying. It started about two months ago, with the first incident lasting around 23 days and then happened again about a month later. Now it's back, and along with the chest pain, I'm having trouble breathing. Today I've also noticed some pain in my left limb near the stomach. Should I be concerned about this, or is there something specific I should be doing?
