I've been having this weird pain, like in my heart and behind it, and it's been slowly moving to my shoulder. Now my mouth is super dry and I'm even feeling some pain near the top part of my left arm, right above my heart. What could this mean? Should I be worried about these symptoms?

I'm feeling a bit worried about my chest. I had covid a couple of months back and recovered, but this past week, I've been experiencing some tightness there. I'm having this ache in my left hand and sometimes it goes numb, it's been going on for about 10 months now.
