I've been having this weird pain, like in my heart and behind it, and it's been slowly moving to my shoulder. Now my mouth is super dry and I'm even feeling some pain near the top part of my left arm, right above my heart. What could this mean? Should I be worried about these symptoms?

It sounds like you may be experiencing symptoms of a heart attack. It is important to seek immediate medical attention. In the meantime, you can take a tablet of aspirin (325mg) to help thin the blood and reduce the risk of further complications. Call emergency services or go to the nearest hospital as soon as possible for proper evaluation and treatment.

I've been noticing that I can hear my heartbeat pretty clearly while I'm sleeping, especially in a sitting position. Sometimes it even feels like my heart is lifting or something, and it's a bit worrying. I don't have any issues with sugar or blood pressure, but my heart rate is around 100 bpm. Should I be concerned about this for my future health? What do you think?

It sounds like you may be experiencing symptoms of palpitations, which can be concerning. I recommend you to consult with a cardiologist for a proper evaluation and diagnosis. In the meantime, you can take Tab Metoprolol 25mg once daily to help regulate your heart rate and reduce palpitations. Make sure to follow up with your doctor for further management.

I'm a bit worried because I accidentally took Prolomet R 50 for the second time tonight. Should I also be taking Ecosprin to counteract any potential effects or just wait it out? I'm not sure what to do next.

Taking an extra dose of Prolomet R 50 (Metoprolol) can lead to low blood pressure and heart rate. It is important to monitor your blood pressure and heart rate closely. As for taking Ecosprin (Aspirin) along with Prolomet R 50, it is generally safe to take them together as prescribed by your doctor. However, it is always best to consult with your healthcare provider before making any changes to your medication regimen.
