I've been having trouble taking a deep breath without yawning for the last couple of months. It feels like I'm just not getting enough air, almost like I'm hungry for it. What could be causing this?

It sounds like you may be experiencing a condition called air hunger, which can be caused by various underlying medical issues. One common cause is anxiety or stress, but it can also be due to respiratory problems such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), or even heart conditions. To address your symptoms, it is important to first consult with a healthcare professional for a proper evaluation and diagnosis. In the meantime, you can try using an inhaler like Albuterol (Ventolin) for possible asthma symptoms. The usual dosage for adults is 2 puffs every 4-6 hours as needed. If the symptoms persist or worsen, please seek medical attention promptly for further evaluation and management.

View allI'm really concerned about my condition. I've been dealing with COPD for 12 years now, and it gets especially bad during the monsoon season. I have allergies to dust, pollen, aerosol, rain, and even some dry fruits. It's really frustrating and I'm desperate to find a permanent solution to get rid of this asthma. Could you recommend anything that might help?

I've been told to take monticope tablets for a month, and I've noticed I'm about 50% better now. But the doctor said to stop after one month, even though my pharmacist suggested continuing for another month for better results. I'm a bit confused about what to do should I stick to my doctors advice or follow the pharmacist's recommendation? Id really appreciate your thoughts on this.
stop the usage of monticope
