I've been having this sudden trouble with my breathing, like my chest feels tight and it's hard to get a good breath in. I'm not asthmatic, but would using an inhaler be a possible solution to help me breathe easier?

Budesonide 200 inhaler sos for breathing difficulty is advised to the patient.Avoid smoking and alcohol.Advised green leafy leafy vegetables ,fruits,mild aerobic exercises.etc

View allI've been dealing with post-COVID issues and I'm really worried. Had COVID about six weeks ago, recovered at home, but after 15 days started having breathing difficulties and fatigue. The first doctor gave me the Foracart inhaler, but it caused a throat infection, so I stopped and took antibiotics instead. Then I got really bad allergy symptoms like sneezing and a runny nose, and my shortness of breath got worse. I changed doctors and they tested my IGe and PFT. The PFT came back normal, but my IGe is 3050. I was given Momeflo Montek BL for a month. Should I be concerned about this? And how long might it take for me to start feeling better?

I'm 25 and I just got my X-ray results back. It says "bronchovascular markings are mildly prominent." I'm really worriedcould this mean I have tuberculosis or something else serious? Could you help me understand what this finding might indicate?
Differential diagnosis could be asthma,cronic bronchitis,pneumonia,churg strauss syndrome,etc, u can take tab Azee 500 mg once daily for 5 days, if symtoms not subsiding ,cardiac opinion is advised.

I recovered from COVID on August 17, but I'm now dealing with chest congestion, mucus, and a cough with wheezing sounds. I've also noticed some fungal issues in my ears. Is this normal post-COVID, or should I be worried about these symptoms? What steps can I take to feel better?
Patient is advised tab augmentin 625 mg ,orally, thrice daily for 7 days, tab levocetrizine 10 mg bedtime for 5 days and syrup salbutamol 10 ml thrice dailly for 7 days .
