I've been having this sudden trouble with my breathing, like my chest feels tight and it's hard to get a good breath in. I'm not asthmatic, but would using an inhaler be a possible solution to help me breathe easier?

I'm currently on mlife tab which I take once a day and use seroflo as needed, especially when the weather changes. The only issue I have is breathlessness. I'm curious about how long I can continue using mlife and if there's any chance of completely curing this. If a cure isn't possible, what's the best approach to prevent it from coming back?
tablet mlife has little side-effects like nausea, vomiting. so you can take this tablet for long time till your symptoms are reduced

I'm having trouble breathing properly. Whenever I walk up the stairs to the second floor, my chest starts to hurt and I can't catch my breath. Sometimes, out of nowhere, I just have these breathing problems. What could be causing this?
