I've been having this sudden trouble with my breathing, like my chest feels tight and it's hard to get a good breath in. I'm not asthmatic, but would using an inhaler be a possible solution to help me breathe easier?

Budesonide 200 inhaler sos for breathing difficulty is advised to the patient.Avoid smoking and alcohol.Advised green leafy leafy vegetables ,fruits,mild aerobic exercises.etc

I'm really concerned about my condition. I've been dealing with COPD for 12 years now, and it gets especially bad during the monsoon season. I have allergies to dust, pollen, aerosol, rain, and even some dry fruits. It's really frustrating and I'm desperate to find a permanent solution to get rid of this asthma. Is it okay if I take my TB medicine in the evening even though it's supposed to be taken at night? I haven't skipped a dose, it's just the timing that's different. Let me know if that's a problem.
