I've been having this strange cold feeling in my lungs whenever I breathe in cool air, and it's been happening for a few weeks now. It's kind of worrying because my breathing also feels heavy. What could be causing this?

I'm really concerned about my wife. Back in 2020, she got Covid, and ever since then, she's been having these breathing issues. It's not constant but comes and goes, like she's fine for a few days, and then suddenly, she feels breathless with chest pain and heaviness. We've done all the testslike for asthma and chest X-raysand everything came back clear. We even tried an ayurvedic doctor who suggested it might be due to some cough in her chest, which he said was odd since the X-rays were normal. Strangely, his medicine seemed to help for a while. But now, the problem is back, and I doubt it's cough-related because she doesnt have a cold or fever. I'm at a loss and would really appreciate any suggestions or advice on what else we can do to figure this out. Could it be something post-Covid related that we're missing?

there might be some post covid issues. try yoga, breathing exercises. if still problem isnot resolved consult a pulmonologist

I'm really worried about my dad. He's 75 and dealing with diabetes and low blood pressure. Recently, he had some intense chest and back pain, and when he was admitted to the hospital, the doctors told us it was pneumonia with a lung infection. He spent six days in the ICU before moving to the IT ward three days ago. Now, the doctors are saying the infection might be back and they think he needs to go back to the ICU. I'm trying to find a specialist who can give us more insight. What could be causing this infection to return, and how can we make sure he's getting the best care?

I've been in the hospital for pneumonia and all my blood tests came back normal except for the ESR, which is a bit high. I saw my sputum test results on the doctor's phone, and it mentioned something about Haemophilus influenzae, which I looked up and found it's a type of bacteria causing pneumonia. They've got me on Taximax 1500, Pulmoclear, Zipod CV 200, Linowin, and some Mucolytic syrup called Ambrolite. I used to have a low-grade fever thats been gone for about 34 days now, but Im still dealing with this dry cough that just wont quit and gets worse a lot. Its been six days since treatment started, and Im still in the hospital. How much longer do you think it'll take for me to recover with the treatment Im on currently?

Yes,continue same treatment as advised by the physician.Patient is advised tab levocetrizine 10 mg orally,at bedtime for 5 days .
