I've been having this strange cold feeling in my lungs whenever I breathe in cool air, and it's been happening for a few weeks now. It's kind of worrying because my breathing also feels heavy. What could be causing this?

View allI've been feeling really out of breath no matter what I do, whether I'm just getting up, sitting down, moving around, or doing any kind of work. It's really concerning me. What could be causing this breathlessness, and should I be worried?
You may be experiencing symptoms of asthma. I recommend using an inhaler such as Ventolin (albuterol) to help relieve your breathlessness. The usual dosage for Ventolin inhaler is 1-2 puffs every 4-6 hours as needed for shortness of breath. It is important to use it as directed by your healthcare provider.

I'm really worried about my Mantoux test results from a few days ago. I attached some pictures here. Can you take a look and let me know if it seems positive or negative? Unfortunately, the pathology lab where I had the test done is closed for a couple of days, and I'm a bit anxious. Just for some context, I had tuberculosis two years back and completed the full course of treatment. Now my doctor suggested this test because I've been having body pain again. Could you help me figure out what's going on?
Physician opinion is advised to the patient.
