I've been having this strange cold feeling in my lungs whenever I breathe in cool air, and it's been happening for a few weeks now. It's kind of worrying because my breathing also feels heavy. What could be causing this?

I just got my spirometry results back and I'm a bit confused. It shows that my FEV1 is 33 and my FVC is 41, but then it says my FEV1FVC is 70. I'm trying to understand what it means to have low FEV1 and FVC but a high FEV1FVC ratio. Is this something I should be worried about?
