I've been having this strange cold feeling in my lungs whenever I breathe in cool air, and it's been happening for a few weeks now. It's kind of worrying because my breathing also feels heavy. What could be causing this?

View allI've been dealing with this cough for almost two weeks now. Initially, it was dry, but in the last three days, it's turned into a wet cough, and I'm able to spit it out. I'm feeling constantly tired and really don't have the energy to get things done. Mornings are especially tough because I can't seem to get up. On top of that, I've been having severe headaches all day long. I'm kind of worried about what's going on. Could you give me some advice on what's happening and what I should do?

How can I check my breathing at home?
You may check breathing or oxygenation level by "Pulse Oximeter" which gives indirect clue on lung damage but keep in mind there are other medical conditions which may affect pulse oximeter readings.

I've been experiencing some light crackling sounds in my right lung base, but only when I lie down stretched out. Even when I hold my breath and push in the central lung area, the crackles tend to come and go. If I shift my position even slightly, they disappear. There's no chest pain, and these crackles are just occasional. Should I be worried about this, or could it be something serious?
The light crackles youre experiencing may be related to mild lung congestion or postural changes affecting air flow, which can be common and not usually serious, especially if theres no chest pain or difficulty breathing. However, if symptoms persist or worsen, it's a good idea to consult a doctor for further evaluation.
