I've been having some trouble lately with my penis not getting fully hard or straight, even though my sexual desire is still there. Everything was fine just about three weeks ago. I also noticed that before this started, I wasn't able to hold sex for a long time. I'm getting a bit worried about what's going on. Could this be something serious or maybe just stress?

I have multiple kidney stones with mild hydronephrosis my KUB sonography shows a 15mm right PUJ calculus causing mild hydronephrosis and a few small left renal calyceal stones plus a 9mm distal ureteric calculus causing mild proximal hydroureteronephrosis My urologist recommended laser lithotripsy with stent placement but I'm wondering if homeopathy or ayurveda can help avoid surgery The doctor said it needs urgent removal due to the hydronephrosis but how long can I delay it Is a 15mm PUJ stone too big for homeopathic treatment
