I've been having some trouble lately and really need some advice. I'm 32 and have asthma, so I regularly use an inhaler. For the past few days, I've had a bad cough and cold. It feels like there's phlegm stuck in my chest, but no matter how much I cough, it won't come out. I tried taking Azithromycin, but it didn't help. Can you suggest any medicines that might work better? Also, I've been getting these sudden pains in my neck. I'm currently on pregabalin, nortriptyline, and myospas for it. Any ideas on what's going on or how I can feel better?

View allI'm really worried about my 63-year-old mom. She has COPD bronchitis and has been on medication for a while now, like using a nebulizer and inhalers. We just got her X-ray done, and it said there are fibrotic changes in RV2, but everything else is normal. At home, she's on oxygen all the time, and her levels on the oximeter show between 92 to 98 when she's using it. But as soon as we take off the oxygen, it drops to 60 or 70. Her COVID test came back negative, but I don't understand why her blood oxygen levels aren't improving. Could you please help us understand what's happening and what we should do next?

I've been dealing with these dry coughs for a while now, and they just won't go away. They're not super intense, but they're definitely annoying. I don't have any other issues, just this pesky cough. I kinda hoped it would disappear on its own, but it doesn't seem to be happening. What do you think might be going on?

I've been fine during the day, but once night hits, I start coughing, and the mucus is white. Plus, there's this whistling sound when I'm breathing. What could be causing this, and should I be worried?
