I've been having some trouble lately and really need some advice. I'm 32 and have asthma, so I regularly use an inhaler. For the past few days, I've had a bad cough and cold. It feels like there's phlegm stuck in my chest, but no matter how much I cough, it won't come out. I tried taking Azithromycin, but it didn't help. Can you suggest any medicines that might work better? Also, I've been getting these sudden pains in my neck. I'm currently on pregabalin, nortriptyline, and myospas for it. Any ideas on what's going on or how I can feel better?

View allI'm really worried about some symptoms I've been having. I've had a productive cough and breathing issues for about a month. The doctor told me it was bronchitis and gave me medication like LezineM and Levoflox, which helped a lot, but now that I'm done with the treatment, the breathing issues are creeping back a bit. Also, I've noticed the lower part of my throat moves in and out when I breathe. My chest X-ray and blood work came back normal, and while I'm not coughing really hard, there's still a bit of it. Could these be signs of lung cancer?

When should I be concerned about shortness of breath?

I'm worried because when I inhale, it feels like my veins get stuck in my ribs in the back and on my chest. The doctor said this should help with my breathing problem, but my hands are still shaking. What could be causing this? Do you have any advice?
That could be costochondriitis or Gastritis,your history is inadequate to suggest,follow your docotrs advice and have a regular follow up
