I've been having some trouble breathing at certain times during the day, but it's weird because when I'm working out at the gym, I don't have any issues. What could this be? Is it something I should be worried about?

View allI'm really starting to worry because even though I've been on the treatment for Tuberculosis since early August, I'm not seeing any improvement. I have these persistent symptoms like daily evening fevers and joint pains, and I've stopped losing weight but not gaining back what I lostI used to weigh 62 kg and now I'm stuck at 55 kg. The CECT scan showed some enlarged lymph nodes in different areas like prevascular and hilar regions, and I can't get rid of this feeling that it might be something more serious, like a malignancy. It's been 6 weeks since I started the treatment. Is it time to consider other possibilities or should I stick with the current treatment plan a little longer?
Continue same treatment ATT as advised by the physician.

I'm experiencing this pain in my upper chest, especially when I breathe deeply, cough, sneeze, or laugh, but I don't have a fever. However, I've got this dry cough going on. This has been happening for about a week and a half now. I'm a regular smoker, maybe around 3 to 4 cigarettes a day. Could this be something serious, or is it linked to my smoking habits? What should I do?
The pain you're experiencing in the upper chest, especially while breathing heavily, coughing, sneezing, or laughing, could be due to inflammation or irritation of the muscles or tissues around the chest, often linked to a respiratory condition. The dry cough and your smoking habit may also contribute to this discomfort. It's important to monitor your symptoms, and I recommend consulting a healthcare provider for a thorough evaluation and appropriate management.

I'm currently receiving treatment for tuberculosis, and it's been about 10 days. But every evening, I keep getting a fever. Is this something normal during treatment, or could it indicate another problem?
