I've been having some trouble breathing at certain times during the day, but it's weird because when I'm working out at the gym, I don't have any issues. What could this be? Is it something I should be worried about?

View allI'm really worried because this morning, while I was brushing my teeth, I coughed really hard and noticed blood in my spit. It looked like clotted blood, thick and red. And the more I coughed, the more blood came up, which wasnt happening yesterday. I had my last meal at midnight because of work. Could you help me figure out why Im seeing blood when I cough in the morning?
That could be due to trauma while brushing.check if its happening the next day also,if it happens so,visit ENT doctor for appropriate management

I'm a bit worried because last week I started having watery eyes and sneezing, but no cough at that time. The sneezing and watery eyes stopped a couple of days ago, and now I've developed a cough. The thing is, it's not like a regular coughit's neither wet nor dry, and it doesnt happen all the time. My oxygen levels are usually around 98, but they've dropped to 96, 97, and 96. When I lie down, it even goes to 93, 94, and 95. Should I consider getting an X-ray? Also, I have a history of GERD problems. What do you suggest?
Azeflo nasal spray is advised for 7 days ,7ml in both the nostrils. Also tab pan d orally, before food for 14 days and syrup sucralfate 10 ml thrice daily for 14 days is advised to the patient.

Is the Mantoux test the definitive way to confirm tuberculosis, or is there something else I should be aware of when it comes to diagnosing TB? I'm just trying to understand if there are other tests or steps involved in getting a proper diagnosis. Its all a bit confusing, and Im worried about whether one test is enough.
not confirmatory for active Tuberculosis
