I've been having this pain in the ribs on the lower side of my chest for the past couple of days, plus my neck and shoulders are aching. There's no trouble when I breathe, and I'm not overweight. I make sure to exercise and walk every day. What do you think might be going on?

I'm really curious about how some patients recover from COVID-19 without using plasma from recovered patients. I read about Rohit Datta, a 45-year-old who was admitted to the isolation ward in Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital in Delhi, tested positive on March 2nd, and was discharged by March 14th after just taking paracetamol and other medicines prescribed by doctors. Can you explain how he might have recovered? I'm wondering if there's something specific about his treatment that helped or if it's something about the virus itself. Would love to understand more about it.
