Ive been having an itchy, irritated patch on the left side of my waist, right where my pants sit. Its been happening for a couple of weeks and is red, itchy, and bumpy, almost like a rash. It doesnt hurt, but the itch is really annoying. Do you think this could be something like eczema or an allergy?
