Ive been having an issue with my penis foreskin. It has wrinkles, and there are tears all around it. When I try to pull back the foreskin, it automatically closes, and it feels dry. The problem started with just one tear, but it seems to be getting worse. Im really concerned about this, so can you tell me what might be causing it and how to treat it?
