I've been having this chest discomfort that's mostly in the center, but sometimes it's a bit on the left side too. Plus, there's this back pain right in the middle of my back. Last year I talked to a gastroenterologist and had an endoscopy and a chest X-ray. They didn't spot anything except a gastric problem. But here I am, a year later, feeling the same kind of discomfort again. What could be going on? Should I be worried, or is this something common that happens with gastric issues?

View allI've been having some chest pain right in the center of my ribs, and it seems to come and go randomly, lasting just a few minutes each time. It's pretty weird because it also comes with these burps. It's not related to my workouts since I'm usually at the gym without any issues. What could be causing this?

I'm dealing with acid reflux and only have aciloc rd at home. Is it okay to use aciloc rd for this? If so, what would be the right dose? I'd really prefer not to go out for more medicine due to the lockdown.

I've been experiencing this weird sharp pain in my stomach whenever I take a deep breath in, like yawning. It's really concerning me because my stomach is also feeling super bloated and hard. I'm just wondering what could be causing this and if it's something I should be worried about?
Could be a sign of gas or indigestion. I recommend taking an antacid like Tums (calcium carbonate) 500mg tablets to help with the bloating and indigestion. You can take 2 tablets as needed, up to four times a day. Additionally, you can try Simethicone (Gas-X) 125mg chewable tablets to help relieve gas.
