I've been getting this slight cough since May and I don't usually cough a lot, but I feel like there's some chest congestion. Could it be that there's thickened mucus there? This seems to happen once a year now for about the past 5 years. Normally, I just take regular cough syrup and it goes away, but this time I haven't taken anything. Should I be worried or do anything different?

View allI'm dealing with asthma, but for the past 45 months, I've been feeling breathless constantly. There's a lot of yawning and burping happening too. I had an X-ray, which showed everything's fine. I've tried nebulization and other treatments my doctor recommended, but nothing seems to work. Could you offer some advice on what might be happening?
continue the same until symptoms exacerbated, if symptoms exacerbated take inhaler

What causes wheezing?
Wheezing happens when the airways are tightened, blocked, or inflamed, making a personâs breathing sound like whistling or squeaking.

I've had a persistent cough for the past three years along with frequent throat infections and mouth ulcers. I recently had sinus surgery, but the cough hasn't gone away. What could be causing this, and is there anything else I should look into?
Also called upper airway cough syndrome, postnasal drip is a common cause of a long-lasting cough. Allergies, viruses, dust, chemicals, or inflammation can irritate your nasal membranes and trigger runny mucus that drips out of your nose and down your throat. This makes you cough, especially at night when you lie down
