I'm really worried because my CT scan showed that I have IBD, and now I'm dealing with worms in my stomach. I can definitely feel them, and it's really uncomfortable. Pancreas is about 6 inch long situated across the back of the abdomen behind the stomach. It's head is on right side of the abodmen and tail is towards the left side of abdomen.
