I've been feeling a bit of breath shortness after breakfast and while climbing stairs, and my breathing isn't as smooth as it used to be. I had a history of smoking for 9 years, then switched to vaping e-cigarettes for 2 years. I've quit all nicotine and smoking products for the past two weeks. Could you tell me what tests I should consider to understand the impact of my past smoking and vaping on my health?

View allI'm really concerned about my mom. She's been coughing for about 45 months now. We've seen both general and ENT doctors, and they've done a chest, nose, and throat X-ray, but everything looked normal. The doctors just keep prescribing antibiotics and allergy meds. They help for a bit while she's on them, but as soon as she stops, the coughing starts up again. What else can we do or look into to figure out what's going on?
she might be allergic to some agent, kindly search for it and avoid it as much as possible

I was just diagnosed with asthma, and I'm a bit worried. Is this something that could be temporary? I'm the only one in my family with it, and I never smoke. I used to do a lot of exercise outside in the cold mornings before, could that be why I'm experiencing this?
Asthma is a chronic airway disease. Yes ,in winter season the asthma gets aggrevated.
