I've been experiencing this weird feeling during intense exercise, like when I'm cycling over 20km or running more than 5km. It feels like my lungs are filling up with some fluid, and I have trouble breathing. But if I take a break, it all clears up. Should I be worried about this? Is there something I should be doing differently?

View allI'm really worried about my grandma. She's got mild asthma, so sometimes her breathing gets really heavy. My aunt, who's a nurse, mentioned that using Duolin and Budecort in a nebulizer might help when things get tough for her. We've been doing it like once or twice a week whenever she feels bad. But when I checked online, I saw that the dosage and timing should be decided by a doctor. So, I'm wondering if it's okay to keep giving her these meds like we've been doing. Should we be using them together or separately? Whats the right dosage, and how often can we safely use them for her in the nebulizer? I'm really hoping for some advice here!
Hi, it's important to use Duolin and Budecort in a nebulizer only as prescribed by a doctor, as dosage and frequency depend on your grandma's specific condition. Typically, they can be given separately with a gap of at least 15-20 minutes, but please consult her doctor for personalized advice to ensure safe and effective use.

Ive been having trouble breathing for the past few weeks, and being an asthma patient, Ive been using my inhaler and nebulizer like usual, but this time they dont seem to help. I recently got a chest X-ray, and while it looks okay, I noticed it mentioned PCOD. I also had a COVID infection back in June 2021. Im really worried and not sure what to do next. Any advice?

Good morning doctor, my grandma had cataract surgery about 10 days ago, and before that, she was dealing with asthma and pleural effusion. Lately, shes experiencing some hoarseness when she breathes. Were considering using a nebulizer with budecort for her. Do you think that would be okay?
