I've been experiencing some pain in my right knee joint after taking Solonex 300. It's really bothering me, and I'm not sure what's causing it. Do you have any suggestions on what I should do or what's going on?

Joint pain is the side-effect of the solonex 300. Orthopedic opinion is advised to the pt.

View allSir, I've been dealing with occasional pain in my knee joint, wrist joint, and finger joints for about a year now. Sometimes I even notice swelling in my wrist and finger joints, but it goes away after a while. My blood uric acid level is at 7.4 mgdl, and I make sure to exercise regularly. Could you please suggest a permanent treatment for this?
Aapke joints me pain aur swelling ke saath uric acid level high hone ka matlab ho sakta hai ki aapko gout ho. Uric acid control ke liye purine-rich foods (jaise red meat, alcohol, aur seafood) se bachna zaroori hai. Regular exercise ke saath, ek rheumatologist se milkar medication jaise allopurinol ya febuxostat discuss karein.

My mom is 44 and was just diagnosed with thumb arthritis. I'm really worried and wanted to ask can this be cured for good without surgery? Are there any ayurvedic treatments that might help? What about non-ayurvedic options? Also, how long does it usually take to heal completely, and is there a chance it could come back later?
A detailed evaluation will help decide the best course of action.
