I've been experiencing this sharp stabbing pain under my right rib for about a week now. It really hurts when I move, laugh, or take deep breaths. The only thing that somewhat helps is Advil, but the pain is still there, just less intense. I've tried waiting it out, but it doesn't seem to go away, and I can't lay down on either side because it hurts. I'm really not sure what's going on, and I'm a bit worried. Any ideas on what this could be?

I've been dealing with some really bad stomach and chest pain for the past four days. Sometimes I even feel dizzy, and its kind of scary because it seems like the left side of my body goes numb. Plus, my breast seems to be swelling up. Could you help me figure out what's going on?

Based on your symptoms, it is important to seek medical attention immediately. The combination of stomach pain, chest pain, dizziness, numbness on the left side, and breast enlargement could indicate a serious medical condition such as a heart attack or other cardiac issues. Please go to the nearest emergency room or call emergency services for further evaluation and treatment.
