I've been experiencing a really sharp pain on the left side of my neck that feels like being poked with a big needle. It's been going on for a few days now. Should I be worried? What could be causing this?

Considering your symptoms and test results, it's possible that your chest pain is related to:
Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) Esophageal spasm Musculoskeletal issue
Consult a gastroenterologist for further evaluation and treatment.
They may recommend additional tests, such as an endoscopy or pH monitoring.
In the meantime, continue with the antiacid and anti-gas medications as prescribed.

Is Numbness a serious problem?
Numbness is most commonly associated with some type of nerve damage, irritation, or compression. When numbness occurs without other symptoms, it doesn't typically represent a medical emergency. However, numbness can be a symptom of a serious condition if it occurs alongside symptoms such as: numbness on one whole side of body, sudden onset, dizziness/giddiness. One can not totally differentiate the cause unless examined by an expert, so it is suggestable to consult a doctor.

I'm having this weird tingling sensation in my left eye, almost like when you feel a pulse or beat in a nerve. My eyelids twitch a bit when it happens too. It's been going on for about 45 days now. I'm wondering if this might be what we call "aankh fadakna" in Hindi. What could be causing this?
This sensation you are experiencing in your left eye, known as eyelid twitching or myokymia, is usually benign and can be caused by stress, fatigue, caffeine, or eye strain. To help alleviate this symptom, you can try using lubricating eye drops and practicing stress-relief techniques. Additionally, you can take a supplement containing magnesium to help relax the muscles.
