I've been dealing with overmasturbation for about 23 years, sometimes up to 12 times a day. In the past 12 months, I've been feeling really weak and facing issues with erections, along with other side effects. I'm turning 19 years old in June. Is there a way to permanently treat this? Can I fully recover and enjoy a healthy sexual life in the future? Please help me out here.

It's important to remember that while occasional masturbation is normal, excessive or compulsive behavior can lead to physical and mental exhaustion. Reducing the frequency and focusing on a healthy lifestyle, including proper diet, exercise, and mental well-being, can help restore balance. If you're facing persistent issues like erectile dysfunction, its a good idea to consult a healthcare professional who can provide personalized advice and support. Recovery is possible with the right approach!

View allI've been worried because back when I was a teenager, I was really into musterbation and didn't realize it could be harmful. Now I'm dealing with low sperm count and erectile dysfunction, and I'm concerned because my penis veins seem lifeless. Plus, there's always this watery discharge when I'm erect. I went to the doctor, and they said my sperm count is only 10 million. What should I do?
-Masturbation isn't harmful unless excessive, but your symptoms suggest hormonal or vascular issues affecting sperm count (10 million is low) and erectile function. Consult a urologist or andrologist for tests like testosterone levels, penile Doppler, and

I've recently gotten my semen analysis results back and everything seems normal except for my PUS cell count, which is at 57 hpf, while the epithelial count is only present in small amounts. Could this high PUS cell count be affecting my fertility? My wife and I are having trouble conceiving, and I'm wondering if this might be the issue. Should I see a doctor for this, or can taking a good antibiotic help resolve it?
Your semen analysis shows a slightly elevated pus cell count (5-7hpf), which may indicate a mild infection or inflammation. This alone might not directly affect fertility, but its worth consulting a doctor to rule out any underlying issues. A targeted antibiotic course, if needed, could help, but additional tests might be required to assess other fertility factors for both you and your wife.
