I've been dealing with this issue for the past month where I'm coughing up this jelly-like mucus. It's really sticky and gets stuck in my throat, so I'm always trying to clear it out. I think it might be related to some gastric problems, but my lungs seem okay since I can run and walk without any problems. Do you have any suggestions or ideas on what might be going on? I've got some pictures of the mucus that I can show.

It sounds like you might be experiencing post-nasal drip or mucus production related to gastric reflux. While your lungs seem unaffected, I recommend consulting with a healthcare provider to check for conditions like acid reflux or sinus issues. In the meantime, staying hydrated and avoiding triggers like spicy foods may help.

I'm really concerned about this chest heaviness I've been experiencing since recovering from COVID. It mostly hits me in the evenings, and I've also been dealing with some gastric issues. There's no pain or trouble breathing, but my gastroenterologist told me to try breathing exercises and meditation. I've been using Ulgel A for about a month and a half now whenever I feel the heaviness. Could you give me some advice or insights on what's going on?

Seroflo inhaler sos for breathing difficulty is advised to the patient.

I'm a little worried about my recent test results. My thyroid blood test and stool test came back normal, but my doctor still prescribed Ibset and Colonise Forte for a week. Does this mean there might be another issue that's not showing up in the tests?

Your reports are normal so do you have any kind of diarrhoea or having any digestion issue or you are using antibiotics or nsaids long use so give them symptomatic treatment as all test are normal so it can be antibiotic associated diarrhoea so treat it you are advised for these medications
