Ive been dealing with gynecomastia ever since I hit puberty, and its really concerning me. Can this be treated with medication, or is surgery my only way out? And if I choose to have the surgery, how much might that set me back?

I'm 20 years old but my breast size is small and I feel like I look much younger, more like 14 or 15. Honestly, it's making me feel pretty self-conscious because a lot of girls my age seem to have bigger breasts. I feel like I don't look mature. Is there a way I can enlarge my breasts?

This is completely depends on individual's growth variability and hormonal function. You should not feel like so, that you are not mature if your other hormonal functions are well and good. Be stress free and take proper diet.
