Ive been dealing with gynecomastia ever since I hit puberty, and its really concerning me. Can this be treated with medication, or is surgery my only way out? And if I choose to have the surgery, how much might that set me back?

I had double jaw surgery but now my face looks too small and short can rhinoplasty help make my nose longer to balance out my lower face
