Ive been dealing with a fungal infection for about a month now and have tried using four different lotionsRingguard, Itchguard, Clostar-GM, and Funzi-MXbut nothing seems to work. The problem still hasnt resolved. Can you suggest anything else I can do to get rid of this infection?

u have to oral antifungal medications along with topical ointment. personal hygine is the main stay in treating such cases. visit your dermetologist for appropriate management.

My brother has been also suffering from Alopecia and has been taking steroids Aretha 50mg, betnesol fort 1 mg and more. 
I was wondering if taking so much of steroids affect any organs or the sperm count?

no need to worry ,low dose of steroids wont affect any organ,use those prescribed drugs for a period prescribed by your doctor and there is no such relation of these drugs on sperm count.
