I've been dealing with a dry and nagging cough for the past couple of weeks, and it's really starting to worry me. I've already tried levocetirizine tablets and several cough syrups geared towards dry coughs, but nothing seems to be helping. What should I do to find some relief?

View allI'm really worried because every morning when I wake up, I have this really bad cough. Sometimes there's even a little blood in it, and I feel like I might throw up. It only happens in the morning though. What could be causing this?
Morning cough with blood and occasional vomiting may indicate an underlying respiratory issue, such as bronchitis, pneumonia, or tuberculosis; other possible causes include acid reflux, postnasal drip, or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD); consult a pulmonologist

I've noticed that my oxygen saturation was between 99 to 100 before I got COVID. Even though I just had a mild case with some cold and fever for a day and a mild cough, my SpO2 dropped to 95-96 now. I'm wondering why this happened and how long it might take for it to get back to normal. Could you help me understand this?
Normal, nothing to worry ok.

I'm currently dealing with extra pulmonary tuberculosis and have developed left pleural effusion. I'm now in the fourth month of my continuous phase of ATT. These days, I'm taking Macox plus 600 and Ecox 1000mg tablets daily. I'm wondering, is it okay to continue with these medications for the rest of the ATT course? Would really appreciate your guidance on this!
yes you should continue those medications
