I've been dealing with a dry and nagging cough for the past couple of weeks, and it's really starting to worry me. I've already tried levocetirizine tablets and several cough syrups geared towards dry coughs, but nothing seems to be helping. What should I do to find some relief?

View allI'm dealing with some chest pain that's been bothering me since January. I've done an ECG, echo, TMT, chest X-ray, and sputum test, and everything came back normal. The pain has decreased a bit since then, but it's still there. Plus, every morning at around 5 am, phlegm comes up, and I notice a bit of a cough when I exercise. Also, my chest starts getting irritated when I sit in an A.C. environment. Could you suggest some precautions or any advice on what might help? I'm really looking for some guidance here.

I'm having trouble breathing properly; it feels like my breaths aren't satisfying, and I can't take a deep breath. I find myself yawning regularly, like once a minute, trying to compensate. It feels like there's something blocking my inhale. What could be causing this, and is there something I should do about it?

I've been experiencing some late-night wheezing that lasts for a bit. It usually gets better after I use ginger honey, but I'm curious about what's causing it. I don't have a history of asthma, although my sister does. Could there be a connection? Should I be worried about this?
