I've been dealing with bronchitis for the past two months and it's really getting to me. I've tried all sorts of antibiotics, but nothing seems to help. Why isn't this going away? What else can I do to finally get some relief?

View allI'm kind of worried because I finished my TB treatment a year ago, but now I'm experiencing chest pain, although I don't have a cough or anything like that. I'm just wondering, is it possible that the TB could be back even though my reports aren't showing any signs of it?
Patient is advised ecg, chest xray pa view and also sputum for AFB and microscopy.

My father has been diagnosed with a massive pleural effusion on both sides. I'm really worried and would love some guidance on how to go about draining the fluid. Could you please let me know what steps we should take?

I've been diagnosed with covid and my CT score was 25, and my scan showed a 225 pt infection in the upper right lung. I've been on medication like ivermectin, clavum, mondeslor, zincovit, limcee, and dolo for the past three days. Ive also been doing steam inhalations three times a day and drinking hot lemon water and kadha. Now, Ive started coughing and my oxygen levels are around 98-99, plus I'm feeling a little short of breath. I dont have a fever though. Do you think I should start taking a steroid like medrol, or should I stick to my 5-day treatment plan with cough syrup and steam inhalation for now to see if things get better?
continue the treatment you will be fine
