I've been dealing with a bad throat cough and mucus for a couple of days now. My doctor gave me Azee and Dolo 650, but I havent started taking Dolo yet and have only had two doses of Azee so far. My fever is still at 100 degrees. Is this normal for a minor throat and seasonal infection? How long is it expected to last?

I'm wondering if paracetamol is just for treating fevers, or can it help with colds as well? Are there other benefits to taking it? Would love to get some guidance on this.

Paracetamol (also known as acetaminophen) is a versatile medication that not only helps reduce fever but also relieves headache, toothache, muscle aches, and menstrual cramps, while also alleviating cold and flu symptoms, making it a commonly used over-the-counter medication for various pain and discomfort conditions.

I'm a bit worried about my recent health situation. Over the last three days, I've noticed that I feel like my head is spinning whenever I'm trying to go to sleep. I checked my blood pressure at home using our Omron digital auto BP machine, and it seems to be consistently within the same range. On top of that, I'm already on medication for thyroid, diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, and Telday 40. Do you think these symptoms are related to my current medications or should I be concerned about something else?

Given your wife's symptoms of dizziness and head spinning, especially when sleeping, and considering her pre-existing conditions of thyroid, diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, and hypertension (with BP consistently in the same range), it's essential to consult her primary care physician or a specialist to adjust her medications, particularly Telday 40, and investigate potential causes such as orthostatic hypotension, hypoglycemia, or medication interactions.

I'm looking for a reputable general physician who can help me get an overall medical certificate. It's for applying to Schengen and US visas. Any idea where I might find a reliable doctor for this? I'm a bit anxious about the process and want to make sure everything's in order.

Go to a nearby govt phc.
