I've been dealing with a bad throat cough and mucus for a couple of days now. My doctor gave me Azee and Dolo 650, but I havent started taking Dolo yet and have only had two doses of Azee so far. My fever is still at 100 degrees. Is this normal for a minor throat and seasonal infection? How long is it expected to last?

My issue is that the Zinox 200mg tablet is really expensive. Could you suggest any alternative medicine that's similar to Zinox 200mg? I'm looking for something more affordable.
