I've been dealing with asthma since I was 20, and my doctor has me using an asthma pump twice a day. I'm really wondering if using the pump and taking medicines can actually completely cure my asthma. Is there hope for getting rid of it entirely, or will I need to manage it this way long-term?

View allI'm dealing with a wet cough that's been hanging around for about 45 days. I saw a pulmonologist before and was told to take Montek LC, Alerodil syrup, and some antibiotics. I finished all the meds, but the cough is still here, and I hear a whistling sound in my chest. Is there a chance this could be TB or asthma? With the lockdown, I can't see a doctor in person. Which medicine might help ease my symptoms until I can get medical advice?
Patient is advised tab augmentin 625 mg ,orally, thrice daily for 7 days, tab levocetrizine 10 mg bedtime for 5 days and syrup salbutamol 10 ml thrice dailly for 7 days .

I'm really worried about my brother. We're from Pakistan and he's been diagnosed with acute lung fibrosis. Even the doctors at Sheikh Zayed Hospital can't figure out the cause. We've done all kinds of tests at the top hospitals here, but we're still in the dark. I'm wondering if there's any way to send his samples to one of the best lung and pulmonary hospitals in India for further testing? What do you think would be the best course of action?
