I've been concerned about my chest x-ray results taken about six weeks after having COVID. One doctor mentioned that there's a slight infection and suggested taking azithromycin 600 mg for a week, but another doctor advised me that there's no infection. Could you help clarify if there's actually an infection or if I need to take the antibiotics? I really prefer not to take more medication unless it's necessary.

View allI'm a bit confused about the medication my doctor prescribed. They've asked us to take INH 150, Rcinex 450, and Ethambutol 400. But here's the thing, Rcinex already contains 300mg of isoniazid. Should we be adjusting the dosage or is there something I'm missing here? It's just a bit worrying, and I want to make sure we're doing the right thing.
revise the dosage again

I've been dealing with constant wheezing even after using Budamate inhalers at 400 mcg three times a day and taking Montelukast. Sometimes the wheezing is really loud, and other times it's just a bit quieter, but it never completely goes away. It's winter now where I live. My peak flow meter reads 650. I'm really looking for a permanent solution to my wheezing. When might it fully stop?
take Advair Diskus

I'm a 30-year-old guy and I've been smoking heavily, like 23 packs a day. I just got my CT scan results and the tech mentioned something about "no other pulmonary abnormalities aside from early small airway air trapping." What exactly does that mean for my lungs? Should I be worried?
