I've been checking my heart rate with my phone, and it usually reads between 90-100. I don't smoke, drink, or experience any stress, but sometimes my heart feels a bit heavy, even when I'm just resting. Is this normal? I'm 5.9 tall and weigh 75 kg.

Should he continue taking these meds before and after getting the vaccine, or is there anything specific we need to do? He's okay right now, but I just want to make sure everything stays on track.

I've been reading up on EECP and Bio Chemical Angioplasty online, and I've talked to some folks who've undergone EECP. I'm trying to figure out if it's actually effective.
