I've been checking my heart rate with my phone, and it usually reads between 90-100. I don't smoke, drink, or experience any stress, but sometimes my heart feels a bit heavy, even when I'm just resting. Is this normal? I'm 5.9 tall and weigh 75 kg.

I'm experiencing arm pain that started in my left arm, but now it's also in my right arm. I've got this weird center chest pain too. I did an ECG, echo, and some blood tests, including a thyroid test about four days ago, and everything came back normal. I'm a bit worried because I had an Eco ECG TMT and some blood tests done about a month ago, and everything came back normal. But now, for the past two days, I've been having this pain in my left chest, especially when I'm trying to sleep. It's hard to get comfortable, and breathing seems to make it worse when I'm lying down. Any idea why this is happening if all my tests were normal? Could you suggest any painkillers that might help?
