that looks like venereal disease , ask your dermatologist fpr appropriate approach there will be seperate kit for each such disease u can ask for such treatment, personal hygiene is most important and refrain from sexual activity untill you are completely recovered.

Continue all the medications, hhzole cream for local application for 2-3 weeks, tab canditral 100mg once daily for 3 weeks and tab levocetrizine 10 mg at bedtime for 7 days after food.

If it is eczema it needs appropriate moisturizer,use intimate moisturizer for better results,and visit Dermatologist for appropriate treatment.
