I'm worried about my smoking habit. I've been smoking 10-15 cigarettes a day for the past 10 years and really want to quit. I tried nicotine patches, but they didn't work long-term, and I ended up smoking again. What treatment should I consider? Should I go for homeopathy or allopathy with minimal or no side effects?

View allI'm 28 and tested positive for Covid about 13 days ago. Since the 8th day, I'm finding it really hard to deal with this chest and throat issue. It's like mucus is stuck, and it won't come out or go down. Sleeping at night is a huge problemevery time I try to fall asleep, I feel this prick in my throat that comes with a lot of coughing, but the mucus just won't clear. My chest hurts and I have headaches from all this, trying to get the mucus out. I'm taking air fast tabs, tripofed syrup, ac long tabs, and I've even tried all kinds of home remedies but nothing's helping. It's driving me crazy, to the point I'm having really bad thoughts because of how uncomfortable this is. I've seen a lot of doctors, but no one's been able to give me the right treatment. Can you help me figure out what's going on and what I can do to feel better?

I'm looking at my X-ray report, and I'm pretty concerned. It mentions that the right hilar vascular marking is prominent, and for the cardiac area, it's not clear if it's normal or not. Plus, the CP angles are hazy. I'm really wondering if these findings are normal or if there's something I should be worried about health-wise. Could you help me understand what's going on?
