I'm worried about my smoking habit. I've been smoking 10-15 cigarettes a day for the past 10 years and really want to quit. I tried nicotine patches, but they didn't work long-term, and I ended up smoking again. What treatment should I consider? Should I go for homeopathy or allopathy with minimal or no side effects?

View allI've been on treatment for TB in my lungs for about 80 days now, and while I've noticed I'm not coughing as much, Ive started getting yellow mucus in the mornings for the past 15 days. Sometimes it even has a bit of blood in it. Is this something to worry about? Will the coughing go away completely, and is it normal to see blood in the mucus? I've attached my CT scan report for you to check out.

I'm really concerned about my dad; he's in the semi-ICU right now. Can anyone please guide me on what kind of food would be best for him since he's dealing with pneumonia? What kind of diet should we follow to help him get better?

I've been dealing with some gastric reflux issues and I've noticed this weird pattern where after a few minutes of breathing normally, I find myself needing to take a deep breath or I start yawning, but then I can't really complete the yawn. It's like it's stuck or something. Sometimes my nostrils also feel like they get blocked and I'm wondering if all these could be connected somehow? I've been using inhalers for my breathing problems, but I'm starting to feel like they might not be enough on their own. Could my weight be playing a role in this too? I'm just a bit confused and would love some advice.
yes there is a connection
