I'm worried about my smoking habit. I've been smoking 10-15 cigarettes a day for the past 10 years and really want to quit. I tried nicotine patches, but they didn't work long-term, and I ended up smoking again. What treatment should I consider? Should I go for homeopathy or allopathy with minimal or no side effects?

View allI'm really worried about my wheezing problem that I've had since I was a 6-month-old baby. My parents took me to various consultants trying to fix it, but nothing really worked. The last doctor I saw was Dr. Raju at Raju hospitals. He ran some tests and suggested I use Cipla Inhalers. So, I've been using CIPLA ROTOCAPS Seroflo 100 for almost 15 years now. I'm scared that if these inhalers are ever unavailable, I won't make it past a week. Recently, my wheezing got really bad because I've been traveling a lot and the cold weather doesn't help, even though I'm based in Chennai. I'm just wondering, should I keep using Seroflo 100 rotocaps or consider other medicines to finally get rid of this wheezing for good?

I'm dealing with pretty bad eosinophilia post nasal drip, and I've been taking a combination of meds including Pulmoclear, azithromycin, Norvent D syrup, Duolin Forte inhaler, Hetrazan, and some mucaine gel syrup for the last three days. I'm still coughing nonstop, day and night, and it's really affecting my sleep and appetite. I'm worried and not sure if I'm on the right track with the treatment or if there's something else I should be doing. Could you please help me understand what's going on and what I could possibly do to feel better?

I'm having trouble breathing all day and it's making me really anxious. I've had issues with acid reflux and anxiety before, and I'm getting treatment for them, but yesterday my breathing got worse. I couldn't sleep all night because of it. I don't have a history of asthma or cold or chest pain, but I feel like I'm not getting enough oxygen through my mouth and nose. It's super frustrating, and even yawning feels difficult. I did an echo and an ECG last month and both were normal. Could you help me figure out what's going on?
