I'm worried about this lung nodule they found in my recent scan. If it's related to a tuberculosis infection or cancer, how much would it typically grow in just one month? And what does it mean if the nodule's size stays the same or even gets smaller after a month?

it is good if it is reducing its size, monitor the size

My dad's been diagnosed with stage 3 COPD. His breathing rate is 84 and his SpO2 is a bit above 90. He's feeling extremely weak and he's down to only 40 kg. The doctor did a CT scan and confirmed it's TB. I'm really worried about his condition and what the next steps should be. What kind of treatment can help him, and is there anything specific I should be doing to support his recovery?
start the TB treatment
