I'm worried about this lung nodule they found in my recent scan. If it's related to a tuberculosis infection or cancer, how much would it typically grow in just one month? And what does it mean if the nodule's size stays the same or even gets smaller after a month?

it is good if it is reducing its size, monitor the size

View allI'm really worried about ILD and whether it's curable or not. I've read online that people with ILD only live for about 3 to 5 years. Is that true? Is there anything specific I can do to help manage this disease? Id really appreciate any advice or remedies you can suggest.
Pulmonologist opinion is advised to the patient.

I'm finding myself taking really deep breaths more often, and it feels like I'm putting in extra effort just to breathe sometimes. Is this something that's normal, or do you think I should get it checked out with some tests?
Normal,nothing to worry ok.

I've been dealing with some chest issues after a trip to Delhi about two months ago, probably because of the pollution there. Ive got this persistent chest pain that feels like its stinging in the center and a couple of spots on the left and right. Theres also this thin, transparent, frothy mucus that comes out, especially when I get irritated, but strangely, Im not coughing at all. I've been in touch with doctors at the civil hospital in Gandhinagar. Theyve done a couple of chest X-rays, sputum tests, and one CBNet, and everything came back clearno TB or anything. But the mucus and post-nasal drip wont go away, and the chest pains gotten worse over the last couple of days. What could be going on?
take a course of antibiotics
