I'm wondering if masturbation can actually lead to weight loss? I've been masturbating every day and noticed some changes in my body. Does masturbation have any effects on the body?

View allI have a 15 mm stone in my right kidney at the PUJ and a 9 mm stone in my left kidney, both causing mild hydronephrosis. My doctor recommended laser surgery with a stent, but I'm wondering how long I can delay this procedure. Are there any homeopathic medicines that could dissolve stones this size? My serum creatinine is 1.13, and I've attached my KUB sonography results.
Large PUJ stones with hydronephrosis need surgery soon—homeopathy is unlikely to work; delay risks kidney damage.

I have a 7mm kidney stone stuck in my right pelviureteric junction can medicines help pass it or is surgery the only option? What would you recommend?
A 7mm kidney stone lodged in the right pelviureteric junction (the junction where the kidney connects to the ureter) is unlikely to pass naturally and often requires medical intervention. While medications can help with some types of kidney stones, they are generally ineffective for calcium stones, which are the most common type. Surgery is often recommended for stones of this size and location

I'm looking at my semen analysis report and I'm a bit concerned about the results. It says my progressive motile sperm count is 30, non-progressive motile count is 25, and in total, the motile sperm count is 45. I'm wondering if these numbers are okay when trying to have a baby with my wife, or if I should be consulting a doctor to work on increasing that progressive motile count. Is a count of 30 generally good enough for us to conceive, or is there something I should be doing?
WHO standards place desired progressive motility count at 32%. Overall motility at 40%. It may be advisable to visit a sexual health consultant and obtain a more detailed treatment plan.
