I'm wondering if masturbation can actually lead to weight loss? I've been masturbating every day and noticed some changes in my body. Does masturbation have any effects on the body?

View allI'm in a bit of a dilemma. I've been regularly masturbating since I was in the 10th grade, and now I'm 27 years old. Lately, I've noticed my penis seems to be getting thinner and shorter than it used to be. I'd say I masturbate about 57 times weekly on average, and I'm pretty worried about whether my penis will get back to its normal size and width. Is this something I should be concerned about?

I have kidney stones measuring 1.2cm and 2.5cm, plus an 8mm and two smaller ones total of 5 stones in my left kidney. The doctor said I might need 2 or 3 surgeries, but I'm trying to avoid surgery and dissolve them naturally with ayurvedic tablets. Do these tablets actually work or is surgery the only option?
While ayurvedic tablets can play a role in managing kidney stones, especially in supporting the body's natural healing process, they are not a guaranteed solution for stones of this size and number. The stones you have (1.2cm, 2.5cm, 8mm, and two smaller) are large enough that surgery might be necessary, as suggested by your doctor.
