I'm wondering if inserting two fingers into my vagina means that my hymen is broken. Does the easier insertion indicate anything specific about the state of my hymen? I'm kind of concerned and would love some insights.

Normally you can't insert a single finger also so yes it can break the hymen

I've got this really big fibroid on the back wall of my uterus and my periods are normal, but the fibroid is like 13 cm. Should I consider getting surgery for it, or would trying homeopathic medicines be better? I'm really unsure about what to do and would love some advice.

For a fibroid of that size, surgical intervention is usually recommended to address the issue effectively. Homeopathic medicines may not be able to shrink a fibroid of that size significantly. I would advise consulting with a gynecologist to discuss the surgical options available, such as a myomectomy or hysterectomy, based on your individual case.

I'm around five weeks pregnant and started having cramps yesterday, followed by bleeding that feels like a period. I'm concerned because I also had some tissue-like clot discharge and the bleeding hasn't slowed down. Is this something I should be worried about? Could you help me understand what's happening?

The symptoms you're experiencing, including cramps, bleeding, and a tissue-like clot discharge, are concerning and may indicate a miscarriage; immediately consult your obstetrician or visit the emergency room for a thorough evaluation, including an ultrasound, to confirm the status of your pregnancy and receive appropriate guidance and care.
