I'm wondering about how long the protection lasts from tetanus toxoid shots. I never got the tetanus vaccination as a kid, but I did get 24 tetanus toxoid shots over two years, in 2016 and 2017. Is that level of vaccination enough to keep me protected, or should I consider getting another shot? Whats the typical duration of protection in cases like mine?

Meftal Spas tablets contain a combination of mefenamic acid (pain reliever) and dicyclomine (antispasmodic).
For stone pain (likely kidney stones), Meftal Spas might help alleviate:
- Pain
- Spasms
However, consult your doctor or a urologist before taking Meftal Spas for stone pain, as:
- Correct diagnosis is essential
- Stone size, location, and type may require specific treatment
- Other medications or treatments might be more effective
Follow your doctor's advice and take the medication as directed.

View allI'm really concerned about my dad. He's been admitted to the hospital with dengue and typhoid, and his platelet count has dropped to 65,000. They're giving him sodium chloride fluids, ciprofloxacin injections, and Caripill three times a day. I'm just wondering, does this sound like the right treatment for his condition? Is there anything else that should be done?
-I'm sorry to hear about your dad's condition. The treatment seems to include standard care for dengue and typhoid, with fluids and antibiotics like ciprofloxacin. However, platelet count should be monitored closely, and other treatments may be necessary

My partner tested positive for COVID-19 on January 19th. After isolating for almost 10 days, her test came back negative. Is it safe for us to start living together again and be intimate?
Since your partner tested negative after isolating for 10 days, it is generally safe to resume living together. However, it's important to ensure she's fully recovered and free of any lingering symptoms. If you're still concerned, it's always a good idea to consult a healthcare provider for personalized advice.
