I'm using Rotacap Formoterol Fumarate and Fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation, specifically Formoflo 250. I wasnt very regular with my Rotacap Budecort 100. But now that I've started with Formoflo 250, it feels like I'm getting more consistent with taking my meds. Do you think this change is beneficial or should I be aware of anything else?

View allI've been dealing with a cold and cough recently. My nose was stuffy and stayed that way for about three days, plus I had a burning throat for two days. I also had a fever for a day, but now, it's just the cough that's bothering me. It feels like there's mucus getting stuck in my throat. No other symptoms otherwise, but yesterday morning, some blood appeared in my sputum when I woke up. I had to cough pretty hard to clear my throat, but then I noticed a bit of blood again in the evening. Is this something I should be worried about? I took paracetamol and different cough syrups initially and montelukast for four days. I'm not taking any medicine now. Do you think I need to take something else?

I've been wondering if it's a good idea to get tested for TB every year to catch it early. Also, is it possible to have active TB without showing any symptoms?
The most common test for TB is the Mantoux tuberculin skin test or the TB blood test. Early detection can help in timely treatment and prevent the spread of the disease. Is it possible to have active TB without any symptom? Yes, it is possible to have active TB without any symptoms. This is known as latent TB infection, where the bacteria are present in the body but are not causing any symptoms. In such cases, treatment may still be necessary to prevent the infection from progressing to active TB disease.

I'm dealing with a cold that's been giving me the occasional sneeze and a sore throat, plus sometimes I notice some mucus, which is generally transparent. I'm also experiencing shortness of breath, a heavy feeling in my chest, and generally feeling pretty fatigued. Can you advise me on what might be going on or suggest any steps I should take?
